Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip With Rosemary
CRANBERRY CREAM CHEESE DIP WITH ROSEMARY
INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- juice from one orange* (3-4 tablespoons)
- kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and goat cheese until well combined.
- Fold in cranberries, rosemary, garlic powder, and orange juice until blended.
- Salt and pepper to taste and chill until serving. Serve with crackers.
